Located in the heart of a downtown Lowell, MA, 305 Dutton St. is a 180,000-square-foot historic mill building that was transformed into 135 luxury loft apartments while retaining the structure's historic attributes. Each unit has beautifully restored hardwood floors, granite kitchens and baths, 12-foot ceilings and 17 x 10 windows. We acquired, permitted, developed and provided general contracting services on the project.
