Jeffrey Brooks - President

Jeffrey Brooks, a former Partner of The Abrams Group, is founder of Brooks Company, LLC and Brooks Brokerage, LLC. Leveraging his relationships in both the development and construction sectors, Mr. Brooks developed several residential and commercial projects, most notably 305 Dutton Street in Lowell, Mass., for which he received “Deal of the Year,” The Fremont Lofts in Worcester, MA for which he received the grand award for “Best Loft Conversion 2006” by Builder’s Choice, the highest honor given with only 22 nationally, and The Atlantic at Marina Bay in Quincy, MA for which he received “Best Condominium Development 2008” by Prism.

In the Northeast, Mr. Brooks has developed more than 1,000 residential units, and in the Southwest, he has worked on more than 2 million square feet of commercial development.

Mr. Brooks’ opportunistic, value-added investment strategy has led to many successful developments with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, pension funds, hedge funds, and private equity groups.

Mr. Brooks oversees acquisitions, permitting, development, construction, sales, marketing, and property management at the Brooks Company and is both a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Brooks holds a BS Degree from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a certificate from Boston University’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Program.

Amanda Dumont - Vice President

Amanda Dumont joined the Brooks organization in 2003 on a $30 million dollar development at 305 Dutton Street in Lowell, MA. It was here that she sharpened her expertise in property management and project-based sales and leasing – outperforming market expectations by reaching full occupancy of the 135 unit historic rehab well before projected and at an exceedingly high rate of return.

In 2005, Amanda began overseeing aspects of the Atlantic at Marina Bay development where she was responsible for over $35 million in sales. In the ensuing years, she has assumed roles on more than 2 million square feet of development in various aspects. She has become known for her sales ability, project and asset management of large-scale projects throughout the New England area.

Prior to Brooks, Amanda worked for several years at Boston University as a Site Manager, overseeing their prestigious Waltham, MA campus. Her group was best known for being the world’s leading provider of IT Training and personally recognized by Bill Gates as such in the peak of the Microsoft boom.

Amanda is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Lowell holding degrees of Management and Marketing. Her charitable commitments include her long-standing relationships with the Big Sister Organization of Greater Boston, mentoring and her passion for educational programs related to children’s reading and healthy eating.


Beth

Beth Alpert- Vice President of Sales and Leasing

Beth is a real estate and finance professional. She was the controller of a real estate management and development firm, owned an interior decorating business, and spent over fifteen years in finance at Fidelity Investments, most recently with the real estate group. Beth was a well-respected business partner and integral member of the team in all of these roles, helping her clients, owners, and executive management grow their bottom line and achieve their goals.

A native Bostonian, Beth graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a concentration in finance and attended Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for an MBA. Proud mom of two grown children, Haley and Austin, Beth has lived in Brookline and Needham her entire adult life, earning a deep understanding of Boston and its suburbs.

With deep market knowledge, an affinity for numbers and negotiating, design expertise, and a passion for building lasting relationships, Beth is the perfect full-service real estate professional to assist buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.

In her free time, Beth gives back to the community by volunteering at several non-profit agencies, including the Boston Children’s Hospital League, as a board member and the Susan Smith Center at Dana Farber.

Beth is proud to donate a portion of all real estate commissions to the Boston Children’s Hospital League, which funds and supports programs that enhance the lives of patients and their parents.
